According to WCG-Europe.com the games for World Cyber Games' 2012 event have been announced with Counter-Strike: Online included as a promotional title. This year's event will run from November 29 to December 2 in Kunshan, China and is now expected to host official PC tournaments in FIFA 12 and Crossfire with additional promotional tournaments in Counter-Strike: Online and World of Tanks.
Currently it is unknown whether or not international qualifications will be held for Counter-Strike: Online due to its promotional status and the fact the game is strictly developed for the Asian market. It is important to note that World Cyber Games still has yet to release any news regarding this year's event since their 2011 edition ended in Busan, South Korea last December. |
