Two thirds of the season passed, but there are five more weeks to decide who's going to the Finals. TBH finally slipped and lost their first match this season, while mouz are still a perfect ten for ten. Alternative is the team that brought down TBH for the first time this season, with the score 16-9 on de_train. TBH certainly didn't count on this match to be such a problem, and they still have clashes with mouz and n!faculty in the next two weeks, so this loss could make their fight for 1st place history. On the other hand, Alternative kept themselves in the fight for a top4 spot with this win after some bad shape lately, and are now 7th, only 3 points behind 4th. Mousesports recorded an easy win versus Hardware4u 16-5, as did another two contenders, Alternate against hoorai 16-2 and n!faculty against snook 16-8. In Hamburg another IFNG took place, fifth this season, which saw Frankfurt 69ers come out as winners against relegation-battlers mTw 16-8 in a match played ahead of schedule from Playday 15. 69ers are still 4th, but they have one match less left to play than their rivals, while mTw are still at the last safe place on the table, 10th. Here are the complete standings at the moment.
Player performances Top rated performance this week comes from a match between, at that time, last two teams in the table, myRuSh and cwG. Ludwig "brundle" Arnold was the best in myRuSh's victory, with a good first half and then an 8-0 finishing off in the second half. Second best rated was Alternative's captain, Hannes "hakkeNp" Heibrook, who carried his team to victory against TBH with an amazing 25-4 first half CT-side, 17 of those kills with the AWP. Another AWP-based performance is at third place, with Bastian "b4d" Gaffron excelling as Alternate ran over hoorai. Right behind him is a former Alternate player, now mousesports' star, Roman "roman" Ausserdorfer in their win against Hardware4u. And last but not least, in his season-debut, Michael "koenigsbergerklops" Wassong played a great supporting role to Arnold in myRuSh's win against cwG.
Team performances The top three team performances have very little between them, with myRuSh, Alternate and Hardware4u all defeating their opponents very convincingly, while myRuSh also found themselves on the other side of one of these encounters.
